New Order Modification Policy
Once orders are placed, they go directly into processing. As such, the following applies to any orders modified (e.g., products added or removed) or canceled.
- Order modifications or cancelations must be submitted before 3 pm est. by phone the same day the order is placed.
- Modified or canceled orders are subject to a minimum $2 repacking/restocking fee.
- Each repacking/restocking fee will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Natural Solutions Wholesale.
