Additional Information
Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the account as soon as the label is created. Tracking information is sent directly from the shipping courier rather than NS Wholesale.
Packaging Materials
NS Wholesale is dedicated to responsible recycling. Customers may receive their order in a reused box with various packing materials to cut down on waste.
How long do orders take to process?
We begin processing orders as soon as we receive the order during normal business hours.
If you place an order by email or phone before 1 pm EST or online before 3 pm EST, we guarantee it will be shipped out that same day.
There are a few instances where an order cannot be sent out that same day, such as an item is back-ordered or a lack of information is given (i.e. partial customer name or address). If an issue arises that prevents an order from being shipped, we will be in contact with you.
Shipping Couriers
Shipping couriers are United States Postal Service and UPS.
