Orders are processed as soon as they are received during business hours.
Orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday through Thursday or by 12 pm EST on Friday ship out the same day.*

When do orders arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within three to ten days, depending on the delivery location. Please get in touch if an order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timeframe, and we will check the order status.
Orders shipped using Expedited Shipping are typically delivered within one to three days, depending on the expedited service level selected.
Always check the tracking information for expected delivery dates.
Can I track my order?

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the items and quantities you’ve ordered and the location where it’s being delivered.
When you place an order online, you will see a shipping cost estimate. The shipping cost will be finalized once the order is processed. You'll never pay more than the price displayed.
If your order value is more than $500 of Natural Solutions brand products or $1,000 total, we provide free ground shipping within the U.S.
What determines shipping couriers?
The choice of a shipping courier is determined by several factors, including:
- Cost: The cheapest option is often the default choice.
- Order Volume: Larger orders are typically shipped via couriers like UPS for lower costs, while smaller packages are often cheaper to send through USPS.
- Location: Some destinations are cheaper to ship to with a specific carrier, tying into the overall cost factor.
- Customer Preference: Some customers request or prefer the use of a specific courier.
- Address Accessibility: Certain addresses may only be accessible by a specific courier.
Shipping Policy
- Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by the parties in writing, Natural Solutions Wholesale shall select the method of shipment and the carrier for products.
- Orders must be received on or before 3:00 pm EST. Monday through Thursday or by 12 pm Friday for same-day shipment.
- Orders received after 3:00 pm EST Mon - Thurs, or after 12 pm Friday, will be processed the following business day.
- There will be no shipments on weekends or holidays.
- All shipments are subject to product availability.
- Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Freight will be charged on each order.
- Shipping and Handling, plus the cost of packing materials, are included in the freight cost.
- Shipment destinations must be within the United States.
- Shipping options include the United States Postal Service and UPS.
- In no event shall Natural Solutions Wholesale be liable for any delivery delays.
- In no event shall Natural Solutions Wholesale be liable for any incorrect shipment address provided by the customer
- In the event of incorrect addressing by Natural Solutions Wholesale, the company will credit, replace, or return the product free of shipping costs at the customer’s discretion.
