You understand and agree that Natural Solutions Wholesale is merely providing product to you as a service, and that Natural Solutions Wholesale has no control over, or responsibility for, the products themselves and/or any adverse reactions you may experience as result of their use. Natural Solutions Wholesale recommends that users exercise their own skill and care with respect to the use of any Content and should obtain any expert advice they consider necessary. Registration and Passwords
To access certain portions of the Website, you may be asked to complete an online registration form. In consideration of your use of this Website and the services provided on it, you agree to provide true, current, complete, and accurate information as requested on any registration form to which this Website may direct you, and update that registration information as soon as possible after any information on such registration form changes.
Upon registration, you must wait for your application to be approved. You will be notified via the e-mail given in the aforementioned form when you are approved. Natural Solutions Wholesale was developed to prayerfully provide quality products at a lower cost to our customers. Therefore it is imperative to keep overhead down in order to provide these products to customers at such prices. As such, all parties (collectively referred to as “you”, “customer” or “parties”)  purchasing through Natural Solutions Wholesale, LLC shall (collectively, “Natural Solutions Wholesale”, "we" or “the Company” agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the "Terms", “Policies”, "Agreement", or “Guidelines”).

 

TERMS OF PURCHASE

Natural Solutions Wholesale requires all customers to meet one of the following eligibility criteria/qualifications or be be owners, users, or approved representatives:

  • Bio-Energetic Practitioners
  • Medical Doctors
  • Naturopathic Doctors
  • Veterinarians
  • Certified/licensed
  • Acupuncturists
  • Licensed Chiropractors
  • Certified Reflexologists
  • Certified Health Coaches
  • Certified Nutritionists

Natural Solutions Wholesale will not sell products to:

  • Customers of wholesale members
  • Persons who do not meet the eligibility criteria/qualifications
  • Unapproved representatives of wholesale members

Natural Solutions Wholesale reserves the right to refuse service to anyone

Businesses Located Inside and Outside of Georgia will be required to provide:

Resale sales tax exemption form provided by Natural Solutions Wholesale. This form must be on file in the Natural Solutions Wholesale office before purchasing at wholesale prices.

Card on File Authorization Form provided by Natural Solutions Wholesale must be on file in the Natural Solutions Wholesale office before the first purchase is made.

Other Terms may be granted at company discretion

ACCOUNT SETUP
The following information is required to be kept on file with Natural Solutions Wholesale in order to hold and maintain an account.

  • Account Name
    • Account Name consists of Last Name, First Name
  • Business Name (optional)
  • Billing Address
  • Primary Shipping Address
  • E-mail Address
  • Credit Card or Debit Card
  • Retail Tax Resale Certificate

    ORDERING POLICY

    • Natural Solutions Wholesale does not require a minimum order amount.
    • Orders can be placed via
    • Once orders are placed, they go directly into processing. As such, the following applies to any orders modified (e.g., products added or removed) or canceled.
      • Order modifications or cancelations must be submitted before 3 pm est. by phone the same day the order is placed.
      • Modified or canceled orders are subject to a minimum $2 repacking/restocking fee.
      • Each repacking fee will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Natural Solutions Wholesale.
    • Carefully review all orders before submitting an order
    • Packing lists, without pricing, are included in all packages sent from Natural Solutions Wholesale
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale does not include an invoice within the sent package. All invoices will be sent to the E-mail on file for the account.

    Natural Solutions Wholesale reserves the right to remove an item, correct, question, and/or modify an order in the event of but not limited to the following:

    • A misspelled product
    • A back-ordered item
    • Quantity not listed
    • Discontinued product
    • A product not carried by Natural Solutions Wholesale.

    TERMS AND GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENTS

    • Natural Solutions Wholesale uses Credit/Debit Cards as its main payment method.
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale uses FirstView as its credit card processor.
    • A Card on File Authorization Form provided by Natural Solutions Wholesale must be on file in our office prior to purchasing.
    • Customers authorize Natural Solutions Wholesale to charge any card kept on file for current and future agreed-upon purchases. 
    • Customers providing card information verbally will be asked if they would like the card to be kept on file. Upon agreeing to keep card on file, customers authorize Natural Solutions Wholesale to charge their verbally provided card for current and future agreed-upon purchases.
    • Billing periods for Natural Solutions Wholesale work as follows:
      • 1st of the month to the 15th.
      • 16th to the final business day of the month
    • Customers will be charged based on the billing period in which they placed their order.
      • Orders placed between the 1st and the 15th will be billed on the 15th or the closest business day
      • Orders placed between the 16th and the final day of the month will be billed on the final business day of the month
    • Customers will not be charged if there is no outstanding balance on their accounts.

    Customers agree to the following in the event of the card on file declining.

    • Within 72 hours of the card’s decline status, Natural Solutions Wholesale will attempt to contact the account holder and inform them of the decline.
    • If any card declines, customers have 30 days to update payment information or pay their account balance.
    • In the event of a customer failing to update their payment information or pay their account balance after 30 days has transpired, the following will occur:
      • A late fee of 5% of their total balance will be added on top of their existing balance.
      • For each consecutive 30 days that pass without updating the payment information or paying their balance, an additional 5% late fee will be enacted.
    • Each decline will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Natural Solutions Wholesale.

    MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE

    When purchasing products from Natural Solutions for resale, all parties agree to the following:

    • All members of Natural Solutions Wholesale are free to define the price of any products purchased from Natural Solutions Wholesale as so much they comply with the minimum stated suggested retail price within the Natural Solutions Wholesale Catalog.
    • Customers shall not disclose and shall otherwise maintain the confidentiality of all pricing information, terms, and advance product information supplied by Natural Solutions Wholesale.
    • No products or goods purchased from or produced by Natural Solutions Wholesale shall be resold by or through any online auction or online store (such as eBay, Amazon, or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of Natural Solution Wholesale. If a customer of Natural Solutions Wholesale is planning to sell products produced by Natural Solutions Wholesale in an online marketplace/store, it must be owned by the entity holding the account with Natural Solutions Wholesale and be approved by Natural Solutions Wholesale.
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale reserves the right to discontinue marketing and selling any products they offer to anyone who violates the terms of this policy.

     PRODUCT PRICE ADJUSTMENT

    • Customers of Natural Solutions Wholesale will purchase products at the prices in effect at the time of order.
    • Costs of raw material, production costs, manufacturing fees, etc. incurred to produce and keep in high-quality products in-stock may result in necessary price changes.
    • Price changes will be implemented at any time without prior notice.


    SHIPPING POLICY

    • Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by the parties in writing, Natural Solutions Wholesale shall select the method of shipment and the carrier for products.  
    • Orders must be received on or before 3:00 pm EST. Monday through Thursday or by 12 pm Friday for same-day shipment.
    • Orders received after 3:00 pm EST Mon - Thurs or after 12 pm Friday will be processed the following business day.
    • There will be no shipments on weekends or holidays.
    • All shipments are subject to product availability.
    • Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Freight will be charged on each order.
    • Shipping and Handling, plus the cost of packing materials, are included in the freight cost.
    • Shipment destinations must be within the United States.
    • Shipping options include the United States Postal Service and UPS.
    • In no event shall Natural Solutions Wholesale be liable for any delivery delays.
    • In no event shall Natural Solutions Wholesale be liable for any incorrect shipment address provided by the customer
      • In the event of incorrect addressing by Natural Solutions Wholesale, the company will credit, replace, or return the product free of shipping costs at the customer’s discretion.

     

    FREE SHIPPING POLICY

    • All orders that reach a minimum of $500 of Natural Solutions brand products shall receive free shipping.
      • Orders reaching or exceeding $500 but not containing a minimum of $500 worth of Natural Solutions brand products are exempt from free shipping.
    • All orders that reach a minimum of $1,000 shall receive free shipping.
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale shall select the method of shipment and the carrier for all orders that met the requirements of free shipping.
    • Customers whose orders have met the requirements of free shipping can request for the shipment to be expedited
      • In the event of requested expedited free shipping, Natural Solutions Wholesale will only cover the standard cost of shipping
      • The customer agrees to cover the remaining shipping costs associated with expedited shipping

     

    TERMS OF DROP SHIPMENTS
    Natural Solutions Wholesale provides Drop Shipping at no additional charge. All customers partaking in Drop Shipping through Natural Solutions Wholesale agree to the following:

    • Natural Solutions Wholesale agrees to drop ship orders to wholesale mambers’ clients at customers’ request.
    • Wholesale members agree to cover freight costs for drop ship orders.
    • Dropship orders will be sent without an invoice within the package.
    • Dropship orders will contain a packing list without pricing
    • Customers must provide a valid address with every Drop Ship order.
    • Each shipment location is considered a separate order.
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale will not deal with any Drop Ship recipients directly.
    • Dropshipping locations are only permissible within the United States.
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale does not provide private labeling for Drop Ship packages or products.
    • All Drop Ship Orders will have Natural Solutions Wholesale’s business address as their return address.
    • All Drop Shipments are subject to the Shipping Policy previously stated in this agreement.

     

    BACKORDER POLICY
    In the event of a product being out of stock, all parties agree to the following:

    • 3rd party items are not eligible to be placed on the Backorder List
    • Products with more than 3 weeks from returning back in stock shall or shall not be available for backorder at the discretion of Natural Solutions Wholesale.
      • Natural Solutions Wholesale will handle each product that is more than 3 weeks from returning back in stock on a case by case basis.
      • Natural Solutions Wholesale reserves the right to not place products more than 3 weeks from returning back in stock on a backorder list at their own discretion.
      • Natural Solutions Wholesale will notify the customer, either by email, phone, or a notice on the invoice, that a product ordered more than 3 weeks from returning back in stock is unavailable and/or will not be placed on backorder.
    • Products with less than 3 weeks of returning back in stock will be placed on backorder.
      • Customers can request for a back-ordered product to be removed from backorder.
    • Backordered products shall be sent to the respective customers as soon as the products are made available.
    • Customers agree to pay for shipping costs on all back ordered items, excludingNatural Solutions brand products.
    • Each backorder will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
    • All backorders of Natural Solutions brand products shall be sent free of shipping charges.
    • Backorders will require additional time and can be estimated at the customer’s request on a case-by-case basis.

    TERMS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

    • All returns must be pre-authorized
    • Only products authorized for return will be honored.
    • Products returned without authorization will be refused and unprocessed.
    • Returnee agrees to pay for any shipping fees inferred while returning products.
    • To receive credit, less shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt, all bottles must be unopened and in new condition (no scuff marks, smears, tears, smudges, water damage, ink marks, etc.)
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale reserves the right to refuse a refund or credit if there is suspicion of fraud or abuse in any part of our return program.
    • Customers agree to provide and pay for return shipping.
    • Natural Solutions Wholesale will decide to reimburse customers freight charges on a case by case basis. 
    • Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receiving merchandise.

      
    ADDED GUARANTEE 
    For Product Replacement

    • Faulty Merchandise will be replaced
    • No other product warranty is expressed or implied; product replacement is the only remedy offered by Natural Solutions Wholesale

    The above-stated Terms, Guidelines, Conditions, and Policies shall be in effect beginning January 1st, 2018
