Where to Add Microbe Defense Line

General Support Scan

1. Select General Support from the Available Tests

2. Open the Natural Solutions Category and select the Immune System Filter

3. Select the items to add using the applicable method below:

  • Master List:
    Open the Natural Solutions Category from the Master List, open the Immune System Filter, and select the following items:
    • Microbe Defense 100
    • Microbe Defense 101
    • Microbe Defense 102
    • Microbe Defense 103
    • Microbe Defense 104
    • Microbe Defense 105
    • Microbe Defense 106
    • Neuro Guard 100
    • Noni Fruit
    • Parsley
    • Liposomal Vitamin C
  • Importing/Custom List: 
    Open the Natural Solutions Category from the Custom List & select the Natural Solutions Filter

4. Make sure the Immune System Filter is highlighted in the Test Details and click Merge

Lyme Protocol

1. Select Lyme Anti-Microbials & Anti-Fungals from the Available Tests

2. Open the Natural Solutions Category and select the Immune System Filter

3. Select the items to add using the applicable method below:

  • Master List:
    Open the Natural Solutions Category from the Master List, open the Immune System Filter, and select the following items:
    • Microbe Defense 100
    • Microbe Defense 101
    • Microbe Defense 102
    • Microbe Defense 103
    • Microbe Defense 104
    • Microbe Defense 105
    • Microbe Defense 106
    • Neuro Guard 100
    • Noni Fruit
    • Parsley

  • Importing/Custom List:
    Open the Natural Solutions Category from the Custom List and select the following items:
    • Microbe Defense 100
    • Microbe Defense 101
    • Microbe Defense 102
    • Microbe Defense 103
    • Microbe Defense 104
    • Microbe Defense 105
    • Microbe Defense 106
    • Neuro Guard 100
    • Noni Fruit
    • Parsley

4. Make sure Immune System Filter is highlighted in the Test Details and Click Merge


Importing Custom List Items into the QEST4 system

  1. Find the custom item files to import - location of files may vary based on how the files were received

    • There should always be 4 files

  1. Highlight all 4 files

  2. Right-click and click copy icon

  1. Locate the QEST4 folder and open it

    • Typically located in the (C:) Drive

  1. Open the ImportExport folder

If there are any files found within the ImportExport folder, they will need to be deleted.

Select each file, right click and click Delete.

Once the items have been deleted or if the folder was empty, the files can now be pasted into the ImportExport folder.

  1. Right-click in the white area and click the Paste icon from the Pop-up Menu

It may take a few moments to copy the files.

Do not close the File Explorer until all the files appear within the ImportExport folder as shown below

Open the QEST4 program

  1. Click on Create Tests tab

  1. Click on ITEM IMPORT button

Notice that the imported files will appear within the Import Custom List box

  1. Checkmark all custom items to be imported into the Custom List

  2. Click IMPORT

 

All selected custom items should now be located in the Custom List.

The Import Custom List box will remain open until the CLOSE button is clicked
